You're going to want to back the print with a board. 3mm PVC or ACM. PVC/Sintra is easiest to work with because you can trim it flush by hand.

Agreed. We are cutting acrylic side up (this is a must for production) how do we avoid the second ACM bit’s pass ruining the nice acrylic edge?

We switched to Caldera in 2018, bought a Mac mini to run it as the dedicated RIP computer, never ever had a problem. I’d say the lower spec minis now are probably juussst fine. Just upgraded caldera as well, still works great. Enjoy Caldera!
