mutoh I replaced the head cable and it still the same

I put a new head on becase I was having problems with the black not printing now I put a new one on and test print is good but one part of the black test print does not print ???

i have a mutoh 1204 using third party inks and my grays have a pinkish tint

want to set up flexi on new computer when it ask for the ip address do you put the one in exact from printer ??
