I use 3m for air release sign vinyl

I will look into that, I do use the edge holders but the wrinkles happen in the middle of the material.

I have a roll of paper and had so many issues with the same and I held off on it because I got super busy to experiment, but that was going to be another post I wanted to make to get suggestions on what I can do for that

What temp do you put it on? I might have to do some experimenting, I reduced the temp to 90c and it still has issues but not sure what is the lowest

To finish up the roll, I use the takeup reel with the counter weights set in front and it adds enough tension for large jobs.
