consider clogged pump line keep capped remove pump cover plate 1 line push cleaner through pump down to waste ink reservoir make sure it clear pull ink from the line that goes to head sure its is clear put lines back together do a basic cleaning next a nossle check. I have had same problem this usually clears it up do not try this unless you good with tweaking on printer please leave to qualified tech
