You'll have issues if there is / was transparency in the file. I can't remember the option name when saving but you need to select level 3 from the drop down. I'm not at my pc, hope that helps lol

I have two of these machines, and recently both of them will sometimes not perform sheet cut. The head moves over, then just goes back and says remove media clamps And one of them is now finding the incorrect media width. often around 59" when it's a 54" roll Anyone seen these issues before?
