I know what you are saying, but no flipping gets them to line up, you have to buy a left and a right. Also, You need to buy extra length because inevitably you will have to scoot one side a foot or two higher to make them line up.

Mirrored acrylic with a CNC or a laser would be my choice. I personally don't have a laser but I have been told that you need to be careful because the reflection can bounce the light back and cause some funky cuts.

I see this thread came back around. I am still using Topaz Gigapixel. Money well spent and definitely a time saver for some jobs and a miracle worker for others.
