Hello everyone, I managed to print on the machine without connecting the Y axis encoder cables , the machine run normally,but now I have a problem with nozzle check, does anybody knows why it prints like this, see attached

I restart many times and I changed the computer also same problem. I removed one of the Y motors and connected to the X cables , it turns normally then I reconnected it to the Y L7 driver didn't work . I removed the X motor cable connector from the drive and plugged it in the Y1 drive and turn...

i tried both side they gave same result , the Left and Right

I tried the Log test but i got an error after press the button to lock the motor .

Thank you all for the reply. If the machine is OFF the motors turn very smoothly by hand no load at all . I will attach a Photo for the motors and the control server for the motors its Y left , Y right , X . if I turn the Y by hand the control display numbers change

Thanks Jaguar, I tested everything single wire and the 2 Y's motor has power , if you try to turn it by hand it wont move and the encoder reading good according to the servo motor controller display screen, but still not moving , I checked all the Limit switch's all are fine

thank you for your reply. the problem is this error is only on the Latex-375 , there are other machines connected to the same software they run perfectly, Z series and other Latex .

I'm having problem each time trying to print on my Latex-375 ( server interrupted by SIGSEGV ) Does anyone had this issue please help. regards
