Have been looking at UV printers and can't seem to flatten the white to eliminate the gloss/brightness. Really need a flat white. Any machine/ink suggestions? Estimate cost per inch on total block out white coverage?

We have had this product made and had looked at importing stock sizes and then offering customer with 30-60 lead times. This product should be made domestically. We should put our heads together. I have contact with JRS`s production manager.
We have had the same vendor in China make the architectural frames that make the standard JRS. Problem is all seems to be custom and needing 30-60 days.....so looking at doing it stateside.
