We install vinyl directly behind the sign on the glass as well without any problems. We've used both cast and translucent vinyls. Attach the sign with a square of D/F foam tape in each corner and a dab or two of clear silicone adhesive for extra measure.

If you are printing out 11x17, try drawing an 11 x 17 box, no outline and place your scaled image within. The "invisible" 11 x 17 box should maintain your size. should work the same for any size output.

Just curious if anyone has wrapped a channel letter raceway? If so, any tips or tricks, how was your experience with it and how has it held up? We just took delivery of two sets of letters with the raceway color wrong. I'm thinking using a 3M 2080 color change vinyl would be a fairly simple fix...
