When do you roll to roll. Are you loading like this? Because I am currently loading over the feed table, wondering if this method would also help. Coming from a royal Sovereign manual laminator so we always fed over the flat loading piece not directly to the roller like these folks are doing.

We just got an older seal laminator up and running. We are using it for roll to roll. However when feeding the media through. I'm seeing the middle buckle, almost bow out. I suspect the roller tension is more on the ends than the middle somehow? I know they have crowned rollers but people do...

Got to the bottom of it. The problem ended up being a power supply issue, unit was only getting 130volts! Not enough to trigger the 240volt relay!

I have a new to me Seal 600. It's pressurizing but when I flick the switch to drop the rollers, nothing is happening. I called a seal tech, he recommending replacing the Solenoid Valve, i've ordered one but any thing else I can try that may be stopping the switch from working?

I had this same issue with my S40600. After a lot of trial and error I ended up having to switch to a network port, my USB port somehow started to have dataloss once I switched to the network port did not have that issue.

Been having this issue with my S40 for a few months now more noticeable on vibrant colors. They are somewhat evenly spaced. I’ve tried heavy cleanings, manual cleaning, replaced the damper pad. Not sure what else’s could be going on. Any help is greatly appreciated!
