Keep printing the blue paper patch, it takes a long time, maybe 8-10 feet but it pushes through. Did it with a magenta head in HP 315 last year. Edit, the head is shot, need new one but it will eventually flush.

I find using RGB colors is better than CMYK, step and repeat a bunch of 1" squares and mess with the color sliders. print them out and start chasing the ones that look better.
