i have the same plotter, just switch usb cords, if your ripping out of illustrator, I always have this issue after updates, make sure u update your firmware the same time you update cuttingmaster, also if this doesnt work uninstall and reinstall.:thumb:

Does anyone have this printer with some profiles they have set up for different substrates mdo, alum, mag, canvas, coro etc.. so that u could save me the headache of perfecting each profile.

I got a sample a few weeks ago from 3m, loved it and just recently got 25 yards of it for an install next week! Ive wrapped a hood with it directly on paint. stuff is awesome. Ill post pics of the install when finished , its on a 2015 viper . But here is fellars pic of the lam
