thanks for all the replies, and suggestions.
I did go back to the client and get approval on drilling for 2 studs per letter.. and got the job done!
I was happy I did that, because i feel that I would have had a much harder time with the install without that.
Anyway, it looks good, & I'm...
If letters do fall off, they don't have too far to fall, & Gemini will warranty even if gluing pads only, but when I expressed concerns, they suggested I add at least 2 holes, so that didn't give me much reassurance.
I'm sure some folks here have faced this, & maybe some have opted for glue...
That day the thing bled out all it's cyan, the day before my flight to burning man 2 years ago, was the last day any ink flowed from this shop... dumped that thing & been outsourcing ever since
To the best of my abilities, with spackle, sanding & touch up paint...
Here’s a look after getting more of the painting done. I bought a caulking tube of polyurethane adhesive, but so far nothing is bonded yet, just set up for the pic

That's my plan, but what's the best trick to keep cement from entering the holes all up & down all 4 sides of the 36" anchor"
I decided to wrap with garbage bag & just a little duct tape, but wonder what others have done
probably should have posted this a bit earlier, but here goes...
I have 3 sign posts to install & have never used these square tubes with the 2 sleeves, but I want to provide the breakaway functionality that is present on other traffic signs in this subdivision.
I saw one video of someone...
I am the original owner of this cutter& it's always worked fine, but the belt was getting old around the time I ended up wanting to use the same workstation & single use copy of Flexi, to do large format plotting on another device.
For awhile, both plotters were working with a Belkin brand...
good to hear from you Kevin... I don;t think I've seen you, even online, since the Pontiac walldogs meet!
yep, I don't have any interest in asking a competitor to do cut vinyl for me... I can already anticipate exactly what you found...
oh well, looks like there may not be anyone doing that...
