  1. Looking for Beta Testers for the CRM/Quoting software I made

Also interested, just filled out form. Thank you!
  2. Suggestions New Flatbed Printer Suggestions

Can anyone give me a ballpark cost for a Digitech TrueFire ST? Looking at it as an eventual replacement for our aging Arizona 318GL.
  3. Oce Arizona - White ink extreme dripping when printing floods

Thanks, I agree! Do you have the part # for the orings and dampener rubbers by chance? Searching the CSA Shop is kinda a nightmare.
  4. Oce Arizona - White ink extreme dripping when printing floods

Happens on paper/vacubond as well. I was hoping it was just a static problem with the acrylic. The degas tubes have all been removed/bypassed, is there another part of that system that could be failing or not functioning properly? White plate doesn't have any noticeable problems after this...
  5. Oce Arizona - White ink extreme dripping when printing floods

No error codes on console. Occasionally a UV lamp error will pop up but that's it, and it's pretty infrequent.
  6. Oce Arizona - White ink extreme dripping when printing floods

We're having an issue with our 318GL. When printing any flood white (W|W|C, W|W|W, W, etc.) it will print fine for the first couple inches then the head will go out and start dumping streaks of thick white ink all over the print and bed. We've tried: Switching out the micron filter in the...
  7. New HP Latex 700 and 800 series - with White ink

Yep. Mine was completed a couple weeks go. Looked like they replaced almost all of the internal components. You should be getting a second box as well, about 1/4" of the size of the pallet one.
  8. New HP Latex 700 and 800 series - with White ink

Do you know if that was something replaced in the warranty replaced 'Enhancement Kit V1'.? I think I saw them pull it along with the ink lines.
  9. New HP Latex 700 and 800 series - with White ink

Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but this looks like the thinnest lines are at 0 on both charts. Am I missing one that is specific to white ink?
  10. New HP Latex 700 and 800 series - with White ink

This helped a bunch. Even at +10 on the advance there is still a little shift, but it's about 1/4 of what it was. Will keep messing with it. Thanks!
  11. New HP Latex 700 and 800 series - with White ink

I'm trying to print on a 5mil Clear Acetate material with a white spot undercoat. I've traditionally done this on our Arizona but it would be so nice if I could get it functioning on the 700W. When I printed a test on a Orafol clear adhesive vinyl (with liner) it came out beautiful. When I used...
  12. DryTac SpotOn - HP 700W - Profile advice needed

Thank you for your reply! This was just a 10' sample roll we received a few weeks ago directly from DryTac, I guess it's possible that it had been in their warehouse for awhile? Unfortunately I can't test the advancing because I already ran out of roll. I'll order a full roll and cross my...
  13. DryTac SpotOn - HP 700W - Profile advice needed

So, I think the biggest issue I've had with this printer is the lack of profiles. I have a large job to print on DryTac SpotOn Matte, but I'm having wrinkling issues while printing. I am currently using the DryTac SpotOn Clear profile, but when I started printing test pieces there is consistent...
  14. Need Help GBC Mounting Adhesive Bubbling

Crown is a new term for me. Thanks. The manual doesn't mention crown, but it sounds like pretty much all laminators today have a crown. I just checked with three strips of 3/16 material and it looks like there is a big pressure difference across the nip. Left strip freely moves, center is firm...
  15. Need Help GBC Mounting Adhesive Bubbling

There is a subtle waviness to the UltraBoards, the certainly not as much as a corrugated plastic. I think I may try running them through the machine at a tighter setting prior to coating to see if it will improve at all. Thanks for your response.
