I started the business +-15 years ago focusing on vehicle branding but as time went had to expand due to market demand . Again I think I lost focus on what was important and to me it was customer service .
Due to the market getting flooded with new companies so has the quality of work and pricing cone down the drain and we had to adapt but I cannot drop quality of materials due to pride . So we are left trying to think of other strategies to focus on getting the correct customers and not bothering about costs.
