I just read the color swatches again for the profile with my I1 and the colors are back but it changed the colors to darker then what it usually was.

The humidity is below 50%, if it is the head voltage how would I go about fixing that?

I thought it was static also but we clean and wipe our material down first before we print onto it. I run it bi directional, I think thats the only way it can print I havent found a uni directional setting.

No I tried the same file on coroplast and got the same result, so I made a file of just solid colors and im getting overspray on those too.

It is magnum flexible magnetic material, and the head height is the lowest it can be. I wonder if it is due to the flatbed being a UV printer.

@chafro I will definitely try making a new profile the way you have it written up. And THANK YOU to everybody who took time to comment on my post it helped out alot. Its somewhat of a relief to know I am not alone with this problem.

I am going to call HP about this and see what they have to say. In the mean time the job has left the building customer is not happy though.

@danno I totally agree with you! I'm going crazy over here with this LX850, I am trying to talk my boss into getting rid of it and getting some new rolands or seiko's. On top of the LX850 my company has purchased 2 L26500's which are a little bit better then the LX850 but still so not worth it...
