Do you use 6MM ACM for 4x8 signs? I find the 3MM isn't rigid enough at that size. 6MM and MDO are pretty much the same price point for me.

I might be mistaken but I think you are printing with LM and LC whether you want to/think you are or not. If the machine is setup for LM/LC then it's going to take those inks into account when building a color. We run white so we don't use LM/LC but that just means my color gamut is narrower...

Interesting, we have some similar issues and ours is an older machine too. Did you buy the part from Colex? We took the covers off and the belt seems tight, gonna run in a bit with the covers off and see if it looks like the bearings are having any issues.

Are you putting an underfloor of white?

Thanks everyone for all your input! I’ll definitely check the tool/blade alignment. We always suggest PVC because like a few have mentioned, we hate foam board too haha.
