  1. Frosted Glass Vinyl

Avery etch with just soapy water and always wipe off the wet marks right after so it doesn't "stain" it. We use rubber squeegee for good coverage without risk of scratches/tears.
  2. FONT ID ... PLEASE

  3. Wall Calendars

Something we do at our office...the steel maxmetal so you can use dry erase AND magnets to add notes & change dates easily. The magnets we write the jobs on and move it to where it needs to be on the calendar. We do a month version.

  8. Reflective on Gemini aluminum letters

My customer has condo units where they want the 3d letters to be reflective. Should I just use white reflective on top?? Will that be durable? Gemini doesn't offer reflective paint and neither do our local powdercoaters. What's best more durable way to do this? Feeling stuck on this!
  9. Shorter term options - exterior window film (real estate FOR LEASE type film)

Good Day! We're in lower BC Canada and we use Briteline White removable. Grimco should be able to help with that. We find it goes up easy and rips off down in 1 pull. Long as it's above freezing.

  12. Print on aluminum technique

We're using 1105 Avery with Laminate and applying to .080 precut aluminum blanks. We do a lot of these for parking lots, stratas, etc.. So filing doubles the production time at least from just applying the vinyl. I don't want to decrease durability, just curious what everyone's doing & their...
  13. Print on aluminum technique

Ok, we'll just stick with filing. We find knife cutting it leaves room for dust to get under & lift if it's not a perfect cut. We use high performance vinyl too. Sometimes it's good to question in case there is a better way! :) Thanks for your opinions & experience.
  14. Print on aluminum technique

Hi Johnny, I meant the vinyl decal that we apply to the precut aluminum. It's full coverage decal but should we inline it or oversize and file after?
  15. Print on aluminum technique

Good day all! This is my first post. Our company has our production team applying prints to aluminum and then filing all the edges after. I see this would seal edge for long term better than cutting but I have seen signs around the city where it's like 1/16" inlined so no filing or cutting would...
