Managed to get head A spotless but had to buy a new B head. Ended up soaking with nailpolish remover and it seemed to dissolve the remaining clog. (not with aceton)

Hi, not sure if I have a part missing or something but when I press sheetcut, the carriage goes all the way and the knife wheel drops down but as soon as it leaves the "wall" the wheel goes up again and it just goes home without cutting the sheet. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks! /Julian
