    Thanks for your reply Chris. The bearings are a little rough. I've already cleaned & lubed. The other 2 1618s have similar issues, though not as frequent.

    Reaching out to other techs on this board. I have a customer with 8 Valuejets. 3 of these are the 1618s. Having an issue (see attached pic) where the nozzles will fire at random times, usually OUTSIDE of the print area. I have already changed out the 8 head cables (helped but did not eliminate)...
