  1. HP Latex R2000 Troubles

Hey there, I just wanted to give you an update on how things went. So I was able to get the roll to behave properly. I took a little bit of air out of the spindle and bumped up the input tension to max. It loaded properly and maintained even tension through out the several hour run.
  2. HP Latex R2000 Troubles

I did think about that. I've had issues with motor errors in the past and it was because my vacuum was too high. Once I turned it down, it worked. I ran 98in only a week ago and it worked just fine. tension and all.. so it but be sensative to how it's being loaded. also. I would have to try to...
  3. HP Latex R2000 Troubles

Hi All, having a weird issue and wanted to reach out before contacting HP. I am in the process of running banner roll to roll for a customer of various sizes. I ran 38, 54, and 63 in banner with no issues. But when I moved up to 80", the printer seems to have stopped applying the input...

Hey all, Not sure if this is the right place to post this. I have a Summa S160D and i'm experimenting with the OPOS Barcode system. I am having a small issue when cutting using the OPOS, my knife pressure is too high. It cuts through the backer. I test and set the pressure under knife pressure...

I don's know how well you can see it, but at the end of the print (the right side) the color get darker. My guess it's from the last few passes but I don't...
  7. R2000 White Underflood quality issues.

So I updated my settings and ran another sample. Instead of the light zones showing up towards the end, they show up in the beginning and fade away towards the end. Bumped the OP to 35%, the drying temp to 135 and the pressure to 110.

  10. R2000 White Underflood quality issues.

Hello, I have been having this problem off and on and wanted to know how to fix this. In the photo below, you can see there are zones where it seems like to the white is peeking through. The right side is the end of the print. I assumed it was air pressure related because the white zones...
  11. Curing Issues ACM HP R2000

That idea was floated but not implemented. After talking to the manufacture they said they have had successful testing on the R2000. Not sure what kind of environment the test were conducted in though.
  12. Curing Issues ACM HP R2000

The Profile shown above was recommended by a HP application specialist. It's almost 1to1 with the generic profile. the drying temp is higher than the canned profile. The image is a full flood woodgrain pattern. It gets CNC routed and bent. The laminate is applied on a rolls roller. As far as...
