Yup had Tr2 checked. CMYKcmOG - as ink profile Left everything same shown and switched to Arlon those install np, switch back to Avery not a one. Dang, this is our go to material for so much stuff really like to use their profile.

Spot on, seems they changed the the .exe in the Versa installation but did not change the requirement for filename in Signlab. Renaming a copy works like a charm.
