I get some customer's with some weird (ok, god awful) taste in lettering. I searched WhatTheFont, WhatFontIs, and Matcherator with nothing even close. Looks like a 1990's bad font that was probably on one of those 2000± font CDs. Anyone have a clue what this one may be? TIA!

You won't find an exact match, especially if you are attempting to match it from a Pierce™ fire truck. They created their fonts, which are proprietary to the company and aren't for sale. Check font foundries like Letterheads and House for something in the realm of what you're searching for.

Looking at their website, URW Dock Extended Bold appears to be the font that was used on the marquee. I'd kern the "A-V-A" on available though.
