    Have you tried checking the lines to see if connected properly or there may be a hole in the line in which case you may be able to just replace the line. Also check the dampers they may also be a culprit.

    Wasatch works quite well with Mutoh for me and I am able to do multiple variable data files with it. I have also heard that Ergo soft is another good program.

    After changing the dampers and making sure the capping station is clean be sure that the print head is level. If it is not level it will not allow proper capping and allow ink to pull back up out of the print head.
