  2. HP Designjet 9000s colors missing completely

    Hi, DesignJet 9000s only prints 2 of the 6 colors at the IQ Print. 4 caps of the missing colors are dry so I tried to do the "washing printheads" to fill the caps with ink. No success. Caps still look dry. I would be thankful If someone here can give me some help. Regards
