    Yes, it was a bigger fix than changing the color mode. Our material profile is spot on so we made some changes in Rasterlink as well. Looking at the settings, we opted to set it to unidirectional and lower the passes to 12. It's a bugger of a job...and it's the only job on which we've had this...

    Has anyone ever seen this? I have my printer set on a normal heat setting for printing IJ180Cv3. This crackle only happens when I'm printing all black. The crackle starts when it hits the post heat platen (set at 105 degrees). It doesn't happen with any other color. It's happened in the past...
