Reduce the Corel file by 50% - 122" x 16", then resave it as a PDF file for your printer. Tell them to re-size the file by 200% (back to the original size) and then print.

I got the same email this morning. I always try to get them to waste their time responding to my "drunk" style of replies. I got one of them so perturbed they threatened to send a virus to my computer and wipe me out. I was shaken' in my booties.

You might try "Remote Desktop" to view the production computer from the showroom computer.

I spend $100.00 per YEAR (yes, YEAR) for my tracfone. I use it exclusively for emergencies, and the very occasional call to the home or office when I'm on the road. My wife has one too, and her tracfone phone costs us about $125.00 per year.
