No problem, just drop me a PM with your details :)
  2. Harddrive problems on HP Scitex FB500

I have a clonezilla image of a new not initialized HDD. Only working with the newer motherboards with SATA drive.
  3. Question Can you technically use 2L ink bags on a Canon/Oce Arizona 318gl?

It's all about the Rfid chip, the 318gl won't accept the bigger ones.
  4. Kiss Cut on a Zund/Summa/Kongsberg

We have a german build Aristo Aristomat 1625 Flatbed system with conveyer belt. We are very very disapointed with it's kiss cutting capabilities We are better of with our cheap chinese plotter, when it comes to kiss cutting.
  5. Replacing FB700 internal hard drive?

Depending on the manufacturing year of your printer it could be a standard ide or a sata ide. You can tell by the connection. I would recommend to save the image on a safe server somewhere an the restore your new drive from that image to test everything is working. I would use Clonezilla for...
  6. Need Help HP Scitex FB500 start Problems... Does anyone know what it can be?

I would take a look at the printers logfile, to see if there is some kind of pattern in those crashes. Always after idle headspit no5, always after second head cleaning etc. Etc. You are welcome to post your logfile here or send me a PM with it. I am not a certified tech on these machine, but I...
  7. Need Help HP Scitex FB500 start Problems... Does anyone know what it can be?

You need to change the Power supply, supplying the motherboard and some other stuff in the electronic box. It is a special HP proprietary form factor. We adopted a standard ATX one to do the job instead.
  8. Canon Colorado M Series.

Let's just agree to disagree! No matter how many hours a day that I would run this printer I would find the servicecontract too expensive and their service subpar. Every single cent in Canons pocket is a cent out of yours.
  9. Canon Colorado M Series.

It has nothing to do with, what we can afford or not! It has more to do with Canons pricing on both spareparts and servicecontracts and their unfriendliness when you are out of contract.!
  10. Canon Colorado M Series.

If sparepart and service pricing is in the same league as the Arizona range of printers, the I would stay clear of the Colorado range of printers. Run Forrest, run!!
  11. FB750 Overspray? Maybe? Blue everywhere.

The first thing i would do, was to fire your technician, that is certainly not normal and very bad, will eventually fry your headboard. I would change out all the filters on the transparent hoses and see what happens.
  12. Sp-300i Bad Quality

Yes bi-dir calibration, and a head skew adjustment will take care of that! Nozzle check looks great in my opinion, have printed better quality with far less good nozzles!
  13. Océ Arizona 360GT - Lamp Housing problem

Hi colleagues We recently bought a Arizona 360GT UV flatbed, to replace our even older HP Scitex FB500. The former owner replaced the right lamp housing a couple of months ago. The part and the work was supplied by Canon and I have the bill to prove so. The machine was NOT under service...
  14. Hp Latex V Epson S series Eco solvent

Depends on your application. Lots of stickers with small text or very demanding customers (artist, museums etc) i would go with the Epson. Generally out the door commercial jobs with fast turnaround i would go Latex
