  1. Orajet 3268 wall wrap

I have seen the best results with Phototex and Graphtex, both are a fabric with an adhesive. Both have low strecth values which are beneficial when installing large panels for a wall mural, both can be printed to the edges. The advantage to the Graphtex is that it is more opaque than the Phototex.
  2. Metallic printable vinyl

If you choose the R Tape Vinyl fx make sure you purchase the correct type. They have an outdoor durable and a decorative series
  3. Oracal 651 i guess i got bad roll

I have heard of that happening in high humidity or high temps but being in the midwest and fellars having ocal branches it probably is just a bad roll
  4. Does this material exist???

Could be direct pinting on .030 PETG or thicker
  5. Oracal 3641 or Avery MPI 3900

Aron sells a DPF600 that is same type of short term outdoor media
  6. my competiter is a 3 m dealer

He could be reselling it but at a much higher cost than what the average sign shop would spend. 3M is actually trying to downsize their North American distribution, the value that they would have to buy at would be huge
  7. Grey Backing VS White?

was is 3640? 3640 is Oracal indoor/short term outdoor calendared media. If you are doing alot of outside work ou might be best to stick with what you currently use. if you are looking at short term outdoor signs like 18x24 coro's they are plenty of price competitive products out there like 3640
  8. Vinyl

If it's meda you are looking for try either 3M's 3690 or Arlon's 8000, both have a very aggressive adhesive and made for hard to stick areas
  9. printing on oracal 3621

  10. Tape question

R Tape 4075RLA, wont curl or tunnel and less prone to tear when pulling from roll.
  11. Anyone have experience with Designboard HDU?

It is basically the same, usually costs a little less than the Precision Board. The only complaints I have heard is that the Designboard has had some consistancy issues, mainly not finising well, large pits, etc. The company that makes them though is continually working on improving the product...
  12. Application/Tranfer Tape for Vehicle Graphics?

You can use a prodct like R Tapes Digimask. It is a low tack poduct designed for digital graphics, it can protect against strecthing when installing panels and protects the overlaminate and print from being scratched when using the squeegee. Most installers I know dont use it though based on...
  13. High Intensity/Diamond Grade Reflective

There are some guys ot there that will wholesale for you, I know some guys that have a die cut becasue of the difficulty and constant replacement of blades.
  14. What material for skins

I would ensure you look for something with removeable adhesive and depending on what you want to spend versus what you think you can charge an air egress media. People might get a bit upset if ther shiny new iphone or xbox has a ton o residue on it if they want to change their skins.
  15. LED layouts for channel letters

I think it based on the manufactur. I have seen some pretty lame layouts while other are very detailed and accrate
