    I have reset the head cables. That did not seem to work. A roland tech was down here 2 weeks ago and replaces the cables and the board and the encoder stripe. Any other ideas

    Our SP-540 printed like that and we had to have the head replaced and now it prints awesome.

    All colors print just fine. For some reason the cyan head prints when it is not suppose too. There is no overspray on anything. Roland tech support told us it was a strange artifact issue. Not sure what that means.

    Straight Edge and a Utility Knife When we cut Poly-Metal we use a Straight edge and a Utility knife score it and snap it and then just use a steel file and file the cut edge. Works great for us.
