another error message now it is telling me sensors indicate improper loading and before there was an erro about the center pinch wheel being down on wide material. It is a 15" roll, that pinch roller is supposed to be down. Could I have a bad sensor?

I like em but I have ordered business cards quite a few times and it is incredibly frustrating. It's a good product, but they have changed the template dimensions and then changed them back. The bleed limit was already questionable, now it's just a freakin guessing game.
