Haven't had any luck on any of the main font finder websites with this. They want identifiers to match their previous units but the place they got their graphics from originally wont work with us. It's aggravating 'cause I keep finding fonts incredibly close but they'll always have some sort of...

Photoshop has a pretty decent upscale tool similar to Topaz too. Not nearly as good, but good if you already have Photoshop but don't wanna shill out the extra couple bucks. Filters > Neural Filters > Super Zoom Upscale x2-4, Remove JPeg artifacts, mess with noise reduction.

They're a very small department, I dont think that they have their own font for themselves. I could be wrong though. If that is the case, I might be stuck redrawing their font, cause there's no way in 7 hells that I'm gonna be able to get a font from them
