Toward the bottom of the outline dialogue box there are two drop down options. Join Type on the left and Cap Type on the right. On the join type you need to select the square corners.

Back when Casmate and Flexi merged, the app was briefly available and the company then backed off and retained it as a service they did. It was hidden from the world making it more difficult to switch to a different product by retaining a proprietary file type. I wish I had started converting...

I remember when there was an app that would batch convert Casmate or Flexi files to eps. Anyone know a way to do that now?

I was fitting these 2x3 shapes to be printed on a 4x8. The 2' pieces with that rounding error added up to this small fraction more than the 48" and their program wouldn't accept it. I think of no other place where this would make any difference.

I just uploaded the same 2x3' black box to 365 both as a PDF and jpg. The PDF had the extra .005 and the jpg didn't. The file size on the pdf was 1kb and the jpg was 319 kb. I appreciate the efficiency of the pdf format.

If I draw a solid filled box in Flexi, there should be no stroke around it. Could their PDF export add that ? If so, how can I stop it?

If I make a box in Flexi and export it to 365 as a PDF, what they get is a fraction larger than what I generated. If I send them a 36"x24" PDF, when I upload it to their site it measures 36.003" x 24.003". Anyone know how to correct this?
