    Yes, for our area that would be excessive. $18 is considered the norm for experienced designer.

    I was hired as an experienced (over 30 years) designer. However, I have to say at $19.10 an hour, I feel taken advantage of. Here is my typical day. Feel free to let me know if I'm being unreasonable.

    Get a variance. Cincinnati is horrible with their permitting. We actually waited 3 months for a revocable street privilege. We tell all our clients that permitting can take anywhere between 1 to 12 weeks to go through.
