I have some dimensional white acrylic letters going outside and stud mounted. Would you paint the acrylic white for added protection or leave unpainted?
Basically, the salesperson does the site survey and talks to the client. Then it gets handed over to me. It is my job from here on out. Then to make matters worse, after I quote the job in CB, I have to review it with the other boss that knows nothing of the job and then the quote gets sent...
Thanks Johnny, and thanks for the great advice you give on this site. I do love my job and I don't mind the many hats I wear as it keeps me busy. I just want to be paid what I am worth and not feel taken advantage of.
Thank you all for the advise. Now that I know I am not being unreasonable, I will sit down with the bosses and see what all can be done for us all the be happy.

I was hired as an experienced (over 30 years) designer. However, I have to say at $19.10 an hour, I feel taken advantage of. Here is my typical day. Feel free to let me know if I'm being unreasonable.
Get a variance. Cincinnati is horrible with their permitting. We actually waited 3 months for a revocable street privilege. We tell all our clients that permitting can take anywhere between 1 to 12 weeks to go through.
