We run the VG3 and I can say that that’s very much not VG3 quality. Get with your rep and see if they can figure it out. Try different profiles, but you’ve got something going on.

This is what we use for no hem banners and various other things too, like banner stands. It works great and has a nice solid core with a smooth face
Hey I’m trying to find the bearings for a tangential module and coincidently a few other ones that are similar to it as well. Does anyone here have a source for these? I can’t seem to find them anywhere. (The green and orange bearings)

Also how we get larger clients is just ask. Open your facehole and get talking to businesses in the area. There are huge companies likely hiding right under your nose in the town you live
Realistically it’s about 4 per hour, I did a demo and their 9 boards an hour is very optimistic. Draft mode it can reach that speed, but it’s not very sellable
I’ve test drove the EU. It’s decent speed, good quality, anything with a Roland badge on it is generally pretty solid. They came out with this one to compete with the mimaki JFX200.
I ended up going with a Ricoh TF6251 instead since it’s wildly faster and uses better quality heads.

I use allforsigns.com for those canopy’s and they’re easy to work with. I have them add gussets in the corners though, it adds a lot of protection for a little bit extra protection in the corners
