Hoping to clarify here. It's rigid conduit already existing inside a parking garage. The stations are installed centered in the parking spaces so instead of adding another post and base next to the station it would be much less crowded with a light aluminum EV parking sign right on the conduit.

I also stumbled on these split ring mounts with threaded nuts while searching. I'll check out both of these and I'm sure one will work for what I need.
