    Any suggestions on supplier for a LED counter. I have a client that we are doing an outdoor safety board for that we want to install a 4"-6" LED counter that would count up automatically. (How many days without indecent) Thanks in advance.

    Take a close look with a flash light, Money says a hair or piece of fuzz is tickling the magenta head. Check around the capping stations and even the media holders. Fuzz from the scrim banner is a common cause.

    Flooded captop

    I would remove the lines from the cap station and pump and clean them. I would bet one is partially plugged. Been there done that.
