  1. Has busy melowed out and if so, does spring time bring sales back up?

I really hope it picks up for you. Have you done any "Door to Door" approaches? Sometimes you just have to go old school:)
  2. Has busy melowed out and if so, does spring time bring sales back up?

There is a lot of enthusiasm out there:)
  3. New guy interested in pricing thoughts?

I agree with alot of the replies. I double my expenses (like UncleBun)... that way I am not out of pocket for a re-do. I do not hide shipping/delivery fee because it's time and gas and so I let the customer know they can pick up the sign to save money. My pricing is Material X2+ 40% etc. This...

Yeah, mid-January is pretty common. I always used January to create new new designs for my shops advertising promos etc. Ex:Create new 4x6 high gloss, card stock postcards to hand out when i'm on a job etc.

  7. Estimates & Invoices

Yeah, I have had afew customers try to play that game. I put an end to customers wanting creidt for left over materials or a balance adjustment. I double my expenses and add an additional 3 to 4 hours to my pricing/estimates. I do not enter hours and if a customer asks me "how long will it...

  9. Estimates & Invoices

Yeah, I would agree with lumping parts together. I learned eraly that customers may start removing line by line items and then the reality is "I ended up taking the hit". So, I don't put it all under one roof, but Like i said " I lump certain pieces together" to give the estimates a...

Hello, Looks like you may have access 2010 on your computer and so it is pointing to Access 2010 when installing GSE. GSE 4.3 will install Access 2013 (see attachment) and Access 2010 MUST be uninstalled if you install GSE 4.3 (Otherwise you will probably have runtime issues) . We have...
