  1. What are you doing with unclaimed orders?

Are they a contract customer? If not, you didn't get a deposit on an order that large? We ask for 50% down on anything over $250.
  2. Max Metal Madness

Had decent price drops on Polycarb also....$9.99 lnft on 54"
  3. Backlit issues

When I have to print Translucent, I crank my ink saturation up to 200% and it works fine for me.
  4. Need Help Hp printing bad

The printing errors toward the outer edge is caused by not having your print margins set properly to use the edge guards. Set your margins to at least 7mm or .275 The other issue may be bad heads or you may need to do a head alignment. If that doesn't work then you may have bad material.
  5. Need Help Flexi Program running slow

What file types are you loading initially into flexi? A paneled wall graphic can spell loooong wait times if youre ripping it out of illustrator as .png, .pdf, .eps, etc; for EACH panel. If possible, I load the .ai files directly into production manager, you can double click the job to bring up...

  7. Transfer tape for etched glass ?

Ive installed massive amounts of Frosted and youre gonna want some Rapidtac.
  8. Wrapping an exterior door

I would probably prime the edges, wrap/cut, Post heat, and then use 3m edge seal tape.
  9. KNIFLESS tape ~

We use the 3M Design Line knifeless. The adhesion is perfect imo. Bends/curves are good, but the only complaint is the filament breaking easily at times.
  10. What's better, screen printing or heat pressing shirts?

We operate an Epson F2000 DTG and also use Heat Transfer. For larger volumes we can provide screen printing. They all have their ins and outs; I don't prefer the DTG, but most of the time its always a customers preference on the look of the graphic. I like heat transfer on heavier fabrics like...
  11. How should this be handled?

If you contracted them to do work, then they were employed by you. I have had to do this in the past, but call the owner of the other company and simply tell him that you need that facebook post removed, as it was your project, not theirs. It comes with the territory.
  12. Question Labels for spice bottles

We would be happy to help you!
  13. Pre-mask recomendations for oracal 651

One question that comes to mind is: Are you working in a high humidity environment? Leaving doors open to the shop as well? Long shot, but humidity will murder transfer tape.
  14. Question Is my 360 a lemon, and should I buy another HP?

We operate an HP LATEX 335 and its a beast. I do preventative maint each month and weekly head alignments and calibrations. Been running strong for over 3 years now with no tech visits. It may be that you have a lemon or you may have production employees that are not treating the machine as it...
