well, i had to abort yesterday. i had the idea that maybe the manifolds were also dirty. the manifolds were actually locked up (i think two or three were flowing). which explains the reason they just won't budge. the heads are superglued with ink. after three days of soaking and maybe 20 ultrasonic soaks each no one single jet on three heads flowed.

two problems... after thinking about it, this piece really requires a flatbed. i may have to reconvert the printer back to cmyklmlc just to use the two first heads... then repair it later. and then the other, i wish i had brought a syringe full of cleaning solution with me. i would have been able to evaluate the heads better and would have figured out that they were locked up. i have old "clogged heads" that throw erros laying around and i can pull one and get like 12 or so nozzles right off the shelf.

is there any refund possible? i'm sorry. i really feel bad about the whole thing.
