Can you run a nozzle check? or a jet mapping test? If those all come out fine without any missing nozzles - pretty confident its humidity and static overspray.

Thank you guys. We have just attempted to start flame polishing in house here and we've been struggling. All responses are appreciated. :) Im sure if we can get our clients on a Novus Polished Buff - they should be just as happy.

Use paint mask vinyl - it works wonders.

Hi, i am basically just using this stuff as a help with the static issue - we have been getting some increased overspray lately (with the heaters on in the back) - its chilly outside here still. The adhesion is good otherwise with our coroplast brand and a custom ICC profile for the substrate...

Hey, I am looking for an Alternative product for our Hexis Etch (HX5DEPM) - Silver Etch Matte Privacy Film. Its pretty expensive to get up in Canada. Plus we require something that is UV print compatible/Cut compatible. We have tried: General Formulations - 791 (Basically just a c/w/m)...

Turns out i have V10 - didn't think i upgraded. But the issue was basically using the white mode i needed to use the print mode "photo" and nothing else. Everything else registered into the system. "Had a idiot moment - just had to play with the settings - haha"
