I was told by a tech that if the printheads are going to be out of service for some time or if you are moving the printer that it is best to remove them.
My intention has always been to plug it in and try them.
I'd like to know the probability of the printheads being fried on our HP L315 if it was not turned off properly?
A construction worker walked up and pulled the plug without us being able to power it down properly.
We would have removed the printheads before any of this but we weren't around...
We've ordered banner stands from them in the past. Just did a "table top" version of a banner stand recently. Came back with BLUE masking tape on the backside of the banner top.
When I said "this looks horrible & I can't give this to a client" they said the blue tape is the standard production...
We have been running a recurring job for over a year that contains a 4" solid bright green strip at the bottom of the image.
This week the green has shifted to more of a yellow/green and looks overall lighter (less saturated).

Anyone running Flexi Print with the L115? Is it worth running or a stripped down version of a RIP that has too many limits. We do small volumes so the 115 may be a fit. Could move to the 315.
We have an old version of Onyx Postershop 11.0. Will that be able to run a new printer (looking at HP 315 or 115)? I know they come with a FlexiPrint basic but wanted to see if we can use Postershop.
