Nope I knew quite a few fonts I don't recognize it. similarities to revue but it sure is not it.

hmmm.. I'm no expert but I would check to see if there is ink in the dampers for those channels.

Just upgraded from a CJV 30 to the CJV 150. The 150 seems to do a quick self clean every hours or so. that seems excessive. Is this normal ? Can it be changed. any body else got this concern. The CJV 30 only did a slef clean every 12 hrs or so. and had no problems.

I'm thinking about changing over to SS21's as well. does anybody know if you need all 8 cartridge's slots loaded with cleaning fluid? or can you do 4 and then switch and do other 4.

Ya I think you have done all you can. When you did the syringe flush. Did you watch how it came out the head ? How old is the head ?

no its cartriges, ( right media ) and very flushed it. but don't think that's it. why would all the channels look exactly the same darkness.

Yup same ones I've used for years, and even the test print is light, not profiles

So its likly that I'm too frugal but I'm also pretty handy. I do all my own service on both my own machines. Head replacement, pumps dampers and capping stations. As well as every thing else to keep them happy. How many of you our there do there own too ?

So I Just can't figure out why my mamaki CJV30 seems to be light on its prints. Yes it is looking a little bit grainy and have to keep the resolution and passes up so I get no bands.
