Hello, We have a relatively new printer. It has been working well for a bit but now we’re having issues with the black ink not firing correctly. Our black ink is turning out green. When we do our test print the black ink is smudged. Any thoughts?

Yeah it's for the edges. Our typical letter is no bigger than 3-4 inches so an electric sander is overkill.

Sorry, I should have clarified. We use x-acto knifes for straight cuts, panels, etc, but often we apply vinyl to smaller letter sets (acrylic, acm, or aluminum). These can be a pain to cut properly with a blade. We've been using hand files for filing off the edges but the ones on amazon tend...
