We use the most of the time with white as a base for colors 24 passes and the most times it is fine but we have some jobs that require 48 with double the amount of white ink.

you have a point well i need to keep tracking the progress of a job because wehn the quantity is very big we deliver some amount in different month or year. And the automatically tracked inventory throughout the progress of a job sound nice maybe if i can see the stage of the job at the time...
