Why not just print on clear vinyl and laminate it to your chrome vinyl? Looks as if it was printed directly. Also, if you need the chrome printed directly, I can take care of that for you. I am limited to a 12"x18" single panel size, but is doable.

As the title suggests, I need a grand format printer that can (more importantly) laminate our prints or create new ones and laminate those. There are only two prints but the size is 61"x145". Our laminator will cover 61" exactly but if it goes slightly off, I will be reprinting. Probably easier...

We do medium format sublimation and I couldn't agree any more. I just love those jobs that take an hour to make only to get $30 out of it. I would much rather print a 4x8 banner that takes ten minutes to print and five minutes to hem and grommet, and not too mention make four times the money.

That's like creating a $300 racecar kit and having the customer say "how bout you go ahead and put your name on the car and we'll call it even." I just LOVE hearing that.

Alternatively, you can download a program called Vector Magic and let it do the vectorizing for you. It is actually very accurate and your design time/cost goes way down. I vectorized the logo for you. Obviously, it does need minor fixes but it is way better than starting from scratch.
