  • The actual install and trim down ( assuming the vehicle is prepped / clean ) Min. 4hrs

One person. However, I work peice-work rates and the faster the better.

Here is a typical day. Depart to Jacksonville at 6am, arrive at location around 10:30, begin install at 11. Install complete and area cleaned up by 5pm. Back in Charleston at 9:30 pm

7 hours is ok if your employees are hourly and this includes the prep time. The key to quicker installs is to minimize the panels.

The express van has 6.5 panels (excluding the roof)

with installs its about quality, so whatever time it takes to get it right is the best measure. I have personally completed over 1000 wraps to date.

The best we've ever achieved with two people was a little over 2 hrs.....but that was a competition, and would never try it again.

    Good luck to you!
    Hey wrapman,
I'm looking to see how much time an experienced installer like yourself spends on a cargo van. My two installers spend about 7 hrs on an express van like you have pictured. Thanks in advance & keep up the fantastic work.
