  1. Onyx won't install

    Trying to install a downloaded version of Onyx 7.3.2 I get a error that reads Onyx Module(s) running SETUP Shut down and retry there is nothing running at all, so I don't know what to do, any advise. Windows XP OS

    JV3-130SPII Error 23! I have changed computers, firewire cards in the computer & swapped firewire board in the printer. I have also tried another cable. At times it seemed like it was getting better but NOT!, it would print about 84% of file an error 23. Sometimes right before error 23 happens...
