I actually have a new es2000 i use with my fiery on my production copier but I haven't figured out how to use it with sai yet

well I think I got it i'm no0t exactly sure what the real issue was but I turned on CMYK simulation in Sai Production and it seems a lot better than large one is from the 1614 the little one is from the TA-30 I'm, just confused since the image is cmyk

This may not be allowed, but I have a customer wanting some decals printed on clear vinyl with white ink. I am not set up for white ink. Could anyone suggest somewhere that does small orders with White ink?

You're kind of right I actually figured it out and it was something I didn't think about The PF encoder wheel went bad it literally looked like somebody had chewed it up

ok got everything working but every few prints I get a double image and I can't seem to find a reason I am using sai 10.5

well i finally got a good printhead deliver and everything is working other than a odd double print that I can't figure out what is causing it I am using sai 10.5 notice at the top of both images

Unfortunately I do as that is actually where I got it I take it i just need to break down and get a new printhead as I have soaked the old printhead twice for about 3days each and can't get more than back black printing I don't even get anything when it pulls for cleaning.
