    Need help.. vs300 Roland.. 0110 service call.. I clean incoder n sensor still same code . I replaced both same code.. what's next

    I found the problem.. with my vs300.. 0110 service call.. my Roland company don't have incoder strip.. so I bought it from a nather company.. which the printer rejected it.. so my tech got me a used good original incoder strip.. and the 0110 service call is gone.. but he told the scan motor also play a part on the 0110 service call.. because it was to be changed at 1500 hours it's doing now 2500 hours...
